PVC Cling Film

Cling Film is mostly used for protection and preservation of Consumables. It prevents food from perishing, extends its shelf-life and maintains the quality of food. It generally provides protection of food from three aspects: chemical (gases, moisture, and light), biological (microorganisms, insects and animals) and physical (mechanical damage). Cling Film, typically sold on rolls in boxes with a cutting edge, clings to many smooth surfaces and can thus remain tight over the opening of a container without adhesive. Most popular film is roughly 8 to 13 microns. The cling film is more oriented for holding power than stretching.

PE Cling Film

Polyethylene (PE) - the base material used in manufacturing PE Cling film is a simple structure polymer that puts least Eco- strain on environment. PE disintegrates in a given time period and, when annihilated, it burns to hydrogen & carbon with no polluting material.

Advantages of PE Cling film
  • Conforms to food contact regulations
  • 100% non-toxic

Duct Tapes

A duct tape is an acrylic waterproof adhesive tape. It is multipurpose and is used for sealing joints in heating and air conditioning ducts, patching holes, packing boxes and repairs. Being water resistant, it makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Duct tape has an inbuilt heat-resistant foil (not cloth) which helps it get its properties. It is silvery grey in colour.

Paper Tapes

Kraft paper tape is a product that is made out of Flat Back Paper coated with strong adhesive as the Packaging Solution with special features of high adhesion strength, tear-resistance and is being considered a next-generation product for taping solution. Self Adhesive Kraft Paper Tape is used to seal cartons and other packages. The tapes are made of high-strength MG Kraft paper that is resistant to moisture and humidity. They can be used for light to heavy-duty packaging. It can easily be torn by hand while packing products, eliminating the need for a blade or scissors. The tapes are 100% recyclable and can easily recycle along with the box as it doesn't contain plastic.

Paper Masking Tapes

Masking tapes are ideal for use in painting, for masking areas which should not be painted. It was developed specifically to help protect surrounding surfaces from overspray, provide clean paint lines, and remove easily and cleanly when finished. The adhesive is the main element which makes it user-friendly as it ensures that the adhesive transfer does not take place onto the surface it is applied to. The backing, typically crepe paper, can conform to curved and irregular surfaces. The tape hand tears for tool free application.

Some of the application areas are:

  • Cost effective solution for indoor, light-duty applications
  • Low tack rubber adhesive provides a quick, temporary stick to a variety of surfaces
  • Ideal for use on sensitive surfaces
  • Crepe paper backing tears by hand
  • Ideal for marking, temporary holding, wrapping and sealing

Aluminium Tapes

Aluminium tape for in applications where heat or moisture protection is important, including sealing air conditioning ducts, jointing insulation panels and creating a vapour proof barrier in ducts. Thermally conductive tape helps dissipate heat and improves heating and cooling efficiency to protect temperature sensitive materials

  • Resistant to chemicals to protect surfaces during de-paint process and other chemical masking operations
  • Suggested Applications include Heat shielding of delicate parts, Heat reflecting, Masking in chemical paint stripping applications, Moisture barrier, Light reflecting for light enhancement, Seaming and sealing to name a few.

Paper Core

Paper tubes, also known as cardboard tubes, are cylinder-shaped components that are made with paper and paper board. Paper tubes can be used for a wide range of functions. Typical paper tube applications include shipping and mailing, cartridge fabrication, film cores, tapes cores, crafts, storage (documents, art, food, etc.).

Paper tubes are made up of multiple layers of paper or paperboard that are coiled together to form a tough, hollow, and cylindrical shape. Adhesives are used to laminate or glue the paper layers together. Paper tubes are versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes.

Food processing, automobile production, textile, film manufacturing are a few of the industries that use paper tubes. Paper tubes provide several advantages, including flexibility and strength:

  • The tube’s cylindrical design allows it to hold materials that should not be folded, such as posters, maps, and artwork.
  • They are readily reused and recycled, making them environmentally friendly.
  • Paper tubes are a cost-effective alternative to other materials such as metal, glass, plastic, or wood since they are recyclable.
  • As opposed to most other materials, cardboard is easy to cut, purchase, and dispose of.
  • Since heavy-duty cardboard tubes are less prone to denting and breaking, they’re suitable for high-impact mailing and shipping applications.

Polyester Strapping

Polyester (PET) strapping has become a popular alternative to steel for all but the very heaviest loads. Pound for pound, PET is stronger than steel, meaning that PET strapping with the same break load will be lighter than its steel strapping equivalent. It is also safer and easier to work with than steel and is resistant to moisture and corrosives.

PET is more elastic than steel, so it will provide better tension and package integrity as loads shift and settle. However, like polypropylene, it tends to deform and lose its ability to retain tension over time. Its performance is also degraded by exposure to extreme temperatures or UV light. For loads that will be exposed to the elements for extended periods of time, it may still be better to stick with steel.

PET strapping can be secured through heat sealing, friction welding or with metal strapping seals.

Steel Strapping

Steel is the most commonly used strapping material. With its high tensile strength, it is strong enough to secure even the heaviest loads. Steel strapping is often used to secure materials like logs, construction materials or industrial equipment to flatbed trucks or railcars for cross-country shipping.

In addition to its overall strength, steel is highly resistant to changes in temperature and exposure to moisture and UV light, making it the one of the most preferred strap for over-the-road transport and other outdoor applications. Rust resistant coatings further improve moisture resistance. Steel has a low stretch rating, so it will retain good tension on the load over time.

However, steel does have its downsides. It is very heavy and can be dangerous to work with; if it does break or is handled improperly during tensioning or removal, it can snap back with enough force to cause serious injuries. It is also more likely to cause damage to products or packaging. Untreated steel may rust and leave stains.

Metal seals should be used with steel strapping.

Polypropylene Strapping

Polypropylene strapping (PP Strap) is the lightest and most economical strapping material. It is commonly used for light to medium duty applications such as carton closing, paper or newsprint bundling, bailing or unitizing lightweight materials and products. It is easy to work with, very flexible, resistant to water and corrosive liquids. It also has a high elongation rating (meaning it's pretty stretchy), which allows it to withstand shocks and move with a load without breaking.

Polypropylene strapping is not the best choice for heavier applications however. Tensile strength for polypropylene is low compared to other strapping materials, so it won't be able to hold heavy loads during transit. That stretchiness also leads to elongation and deformation over time, meaning that it will lose its ability to hold the load tightly. Extreme temperature changes and exposure to UV light (sunlight) will degrade its performance as well.

Polypropylene strapping can be sealed with metal seals, plastic or wire buckles, or by heat seal or friction weld.

Pre-Cut Strapping

Pre-Cut Polypropylene Straps are pre-measured and cut-to-length strapping solutions, engineered for speed, efficiency, and consistency in industrial and commercial packaging. Designed for light to medium-duty bundling, these straps are ideal for securing cartons, newspapers, lightweight pallets, and bundled items across logistics, warehousing, retail, and e-commerce operations.

Manufactured from high-strength polypropylene, these straps are lightweight, flexible, and resistant to moisture and chemicals. Each strap is precision-cut and ready to use, eliminating the need for dispensers, cutters, or reducing labor time and minimizing material waste.

Available in multiple colors for easy product identification or branding, and can be supplied with plastic or steel buckles based on the required application strength.
